RENT A conference ROOM?
A reservation inquiry should be submitted a least 72 hours in advance.
During exam periods (the 2nd half of December; January; the Easter holiday period; the 2nd half of May; June; August), rooms cannot be reserved during the day. All spots are then reserved for individual students.
